Set-up services

Whether it’s setting up payment terminals in-store or starting to take payments online, we guide our customer’s through the entire process from start to finish.

Our dedicated Account Managers act as single point of contact and support our customers every step of the way, from the initial set-up and ongoing after that. For added piece of mind, they are always available at the end of a phone or by email.

Switching providers

We make it easy for our customers that already accept card transactions through other providers. We may even be able to offer a financial contribution towards switching costs if cancellation fees are payable to the outgoing provider.

Our team of experts are well placed to guide new customers through the whole switching process with a good understanding of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, and also an extensive knowledge of other providers' contract practices. 

Business advisors

Our team have extensive knowledge of every aspect of card processing and short term finance, plus they are constantly looking at the industry to stay ahead of the new technology and product enhancements. Our customers are free to call our business advisors at any time, for whatever reason.
